Medical Director
Dr. Sydney Hughes, MD is a Graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and is now the Medical Director of Prestige Vitality Health & Wellness. Dr. Hughes blends advanced medical training with a luxury, concierge-level patient experience—setting a new standard for personalized health optimization on Long Island.
Dr. Hughes completed his undergraduate and medical education with honors at Columbia University, where he built a strong foundation in biological sciences, clinical research, and integrative medical care. His post-graduate training spans emergency medicine, primary care, metabolic health, and preventive medicine, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both acute and long-term health needs.
With years of experience in high-acuity hospitals and outpatient medical settings, Dr. Hughes has developed a meticulous, patient-first philosophy. His specialty areas include men’s vitality, weight-management medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, women’s wellness, and advanced metabolic restoration.
